About Joel
Joel Lindley has been making rooms laugh for four decades. Originally from Rochester, NY, he came up at Comedy @ The Carlson — the club he still calls his home venue — and is now based in Austin, TX, where he performs at the Comedy Mothership.
Joel has appeared on Comedy Central, A&E An Evening At The Improv, and Kill Tony, and is a regular on the Bob and Tom Show. He’s toured with Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, Drew Carey, and Dave Chappelle, headlined in Las Vegas, and worked behind the camera as a segment producer on Comedy Central’s The Man Show and Crank Yankers.
On the road, he performs at Funny Bone, Improv, and Laugh Factory clubs across the country and at sea with Carnival, Holland America, and Norwegian cruise lines, along with more than 500 corporate shows over the past decade. Joel can be clean, R-rated, politically correct or just plain funny.
